The School of Business Administration was established in January 2004 while the first session of undergraduate students enrolled in August of the same year. Currently it provides courses for four majors: accounting, human resources management, financial management and marketing and has five teaching and researching groups: economics, human resource management, accounting, marketing and financial management.
The School has a staff of 38, of which one is a professor, two are
associate professors and two are PhD, along with 29 masters. More than 81.6% teachers have Master’s¡¡and¡¡PhDs£® Its teachers have published more than 160 articles, 30 books and presided over or participated in more than 40 researches in the national and prefecture level. They were rewarded for more than 30 times.
The School has attached a great importance to the external academic exchanges and cooperation that it has invited experienced senior engineers from Anyang Iron and Steel Company, economists from Anyang City Department of Finance and accountants from Anyang accounting firms as inviting professors. It also invited some distinguished professors from Tianjin University, Zhengzhou University and other Schools to teach some main courses.

The students after graduation are able to work as accountants and economic administrators in foreign-funded enterprises and government departments and various intermediary agencies or work as teachers and researchers in schools and scientific research departments.

The students after graduation are able to take on work engaging organizational management, personnel management, human capital, operations and human resource development in party and government departments, enterprises and institutions or work in the relevant research institutions and institutions engaged in related work.
Students will have a solid theoretical foundation of market economy and integrated basic skills. They will be able to use basic theories and methods of marketing and work in industrial and commercial enterprises engaging in marketing and management or public service and management.
The students after graduation will be able to work in commerce and industry, foreign trade, finance, insurance, securities, tourism, real estate and other enterprises which engage work as enterprise marketing management, customer resource management, network marketing, management, marketing planning, marketing diagnose, market research and consultation.

Students will have knowledge and ability in management, economics, law and financial management and be able to work as managers of finance, teachers or researchers in industrial, commercial and financial enterprises, institutions and government departments.
